Welcome to our automated refill system. Please read below for refill processing information:
- Prescription numbers can be 6 or 8 digits and no letters.
- Refill orders are shipped or held at our front desk for pickup depending upon what option was selected on the previous order.
- If you pickup your prescription at our pharmacy, please allow 24-48 hours for processing. We will call your phone number on file when the prescription is ready for pickup.
- Shipping & handling = $8.00 for regular delivery and $10.00 for temperature sensitive material.
- If you wish to change shipping and/or billing information for your refill, or if you are in need of a special request, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- ***Shipping address, shipping method, and payment information cannot be altered after they are processed through this system. If you need to change information please use the email above or call us.***
- Due to holiday shipping delays and constraints among all of the National carriers, we recommend clinics and pet owners obtain a 2-months supply (when applicable), or expedite their shipping method, for all medications ordered during the holiday period. - In order to assure refrigerated medications arrive in 2 days or less, we only ship them Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday for $10. We can also ship expedited via UPS/FEDEX “overnight” for $40 Monday – Thursday.
